Day 4 Breakfast

  • Start your morning with 8oz of organic prune juice to aid in elimination.

  • ½ cup coconut milk (or your choice alternative milk)

    2-3 TBL Chia seeds

    2-3 drops of lemon extract

    1/3 cup fresh blueberries

    1-2 dates, soaked and pitted

    1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

    10 Brazil nuts.

    Mix well, let sit for 10 minutes, and mix well again. Cover and place in fridge for 4 hours to 4 days. When ready to eat, mix well and dig in!
