Days 1-7

Slowly and strategically eliminate inflammatory foods to cleanse your gut down to its lining and make space for the body to rebuild.

We will eat an anti-inflammatory diet, rich in nutrition and fiber preparing the body for ultimate absorption. In this phase, the plan will also maximize elimination to clear your colon of toxins.

Days 8-14

Use juice fasting as a tool to provide deep rest for your body as well as sweep your mind of old behaviors & mentally reset.

Body: As you begin the gentle transition to a liquid only diet, we will have gained access to the cells on the gut lining or ground floor because of our attention to preparing the body in the first week. Once we have access to the cell lining level, the nutrients from juicing will launch the biochemical and cellular transformation that affords the long term changes.

Mind: Juice fasting is the springboard to a neuro-chemical transformation in your mind. You will be able to Identify limiting beliefs about how foods make you feel. And also expand your awareness to identify and reassess possible toxic relationships/situations.

Days 15-21

Learn how to break fast safely and set yourself up to maintain the benefits. This process rewires the brain to prioritize food as medicine and regains a consciousness around how you feed yourself.

Body: Breaking fast appropriately is vital for the success of the program. You will learn when and how to break fast safely to assure that you will maintain the health benefits you gained

Mind: With a clear mind, you can begin to set intentions for reintroducing foods. Your honest observations will help you to see the impact food has on every aspect of your life.
