Sunshine Cocktail
1 TBLS EVOO (extra virgin olive oil. Blend with 1-2 cloves of garlic and the juice of 1/2 lemon.

½ cup rice milk
Handful of spinach
¼ cup each of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries
Blend and serve in the hollow core of a pineapple.

1 Green apple
½ cup frozen cranberries
½ cup frozen jackfruit chunks
½ banana
½ cup pineapple
½ cup mango
(optional scoop of pea protein
powder)
Add coconut water and blend till
desired smooth consistency.

Easy grits: 1-1/2 C water to 1/2 C grits
Dash of salt
Bring to boil, cover to cook 15 mins
Let sit for 10 mins.
Chai spices include ginger, cinnamon, and cardamon
