• RICE VEGI WRAPS

    Prepare rice noodles as directed

    Wash clean and prepare shredded cabbage, diced cilantro, and lime.

    Julienned jicama, red pepper, heirloom carrots, cucumbers, and of course avocado when it is ripe and ready.

    How to build:

    Lay rice wrap in pie pan of warm water for about 20 seconds. Lift wrap out of the water and let drips fall back into the pan.

    Place on a plate and add in the rice noodles and a small amount of each ingredients mentioned above. Begin by folding the edge closest to you over and next fold in the left and right edges and lastly roll the rest of the wrap into a burrito shape and place on a piece of wax paper for storing.

    PEA-NAUGHTY SAUCE

    Feel free to choose any other nut-butter options or combinations!

    Juice of a lime

    1/3 cup rice vinegar

    2 TBSL cilantro

    2-3 cloves of garlic

    2x2 piece of ginger, no skin

    1/2 cup of PB

    1 tsp. chili flakes

    1 jalepeno, seeded and diced

    Blend or food process and GO!
